If you REALLY want to get pregnant the first month you try, what should you do?

Taking ure temp is great but it takes at least a month of tracking to help you get pregnant. If you are taking any kind of birth control it can take 3 months after stoping it before you can get pregnant. If he has low sperm count and/or low movement, sex to often can hurt your chances. If you are under 30 years old you should try for a year plus before most doctors will have you go through fertility tests. It make take time it may not but don't get worried if it doesn't happen the first month. Hope it all works out for you though.
