Ok i like this girl Help Girls / guys for breaking the ice?

Ok so i like this girl obviously.in the halls at school we almost always make eye contact and sometimes she looks down and touches her hair.one time she went into her bag randomly.This other time i was making hang gestures to my friends and when i looked at her for a split second she was looking at me .THis week is midterm week and i was looking down idk y but when i looked up she looked directly at me .DOes she like me and what can i do to talk to her not randomly and i dont have any classes with her besides lunch?HELP
