Teacher asks you to pick up trash outside?

in november 2010 my stupid teacher right when i walk into class says pick up all the trash around the room and ive been having a bad day i said i didnt do it he said i dont care and i kept saying why do i have to do it and he said shut your mouth then i said the same right back and i got ocs then today i was hangin around with my friends at lunch theres always trash outside an he came over there and said pick up all of the trash an there were little cheese it peices on the ground an he said dont forget that or i will send it to the asst principal (there really good friends) so i started pickin it up an i said your treating me like a slave an he said yea i know then i picked up the cheese it peices that looked like somebody spit it out i almost puked there was a jack links beef jerky bag an a lot of wrappers so i picked it up and i told the real principal he said he will investigate it is there anything i can do though
