What programing language should I learn to help my career?

I'm in my 3rd year of college and am getting a degree in computer science or computer engineering. I've noticed the popularity of programing languages is changing, for example Java, C and C++ are declining and PHP and C# are increasing. What language should I learn? From what I've noticed most entry level jobs do not have people programing off the bat, so it might be a few years before I need to program.
