What if police believe a false statement?
Me and my boyfriend walked into a friends house which is a local hangout. There were 3 people in there already that we fairly knew and were just hanging out. We didnt think much of it. The owner was in the backroom with his gf. Well we were all just hanging out around a table and one of the three people blindsided my boyfriend and basically gave him a good beating for no reason. Apparently he was talking "****". Then they robbed a person there and took marijuana and money. I had no clue there was marijuana. Me and my bf had to go to the er and are trying to press charges. I gave my statement...it was very clear even with a diagram of where everyone was. Well now the people who beat my boyfriend are say that he was selling and gave him a weak bag and that my bf swung first. This is a completley false story....none of that happened and the police seem to be leaning on their side? what do we do?!

so i have this teacher and he made me so mad today ( he makes me mad like everyday but today was the worst) i told him that i have a lot going on and that i have a lot of homework and he then announces to the class he said in exact words since you have not a lot of homework i am assigning a poster and a biography on the famous person you picked out to do a story on. and im like REALLY mad at that point so i get all my stuff in my backpack and its like a pretty expensive backpack you know and so i start to walk out the door and my strap breaks on it and i was like on the verge of cussing im sry but yeah and all my papers fall out and he gets up and walks towards me and he starts laughing at me as he walks by and he has a stupid smirk on his face. WHAT SHOULD I DO I HATE HIM REALLY BAD AND I WANT HIM FIRED!!!!

you can carry any of that stuff in the suitcase, but you can only have 3 oz of liquid at a time in your carry on, and they have to be in separate clear plastic bags. im pretty sure chap stick and deodorant count as liquids too.

Today in between exams my friend and I went to McDonald's for lunch. There were these two guys in front of us in line and I noticed that one of them turned around and looked at me a few times. I also noticed that he kept coming back into mcdonalds to get more things like another bag and more straws and every time he came in he would look at me. After about 20 minutes my friend and I were in the front of the line ordering our food and the guy and his friend came in line behind us to get another bag and when me and my friend moved to the side so they could ask for another bag he turned around and looked me right in the face and when I made eye contact with him he looked the other way. Did he keep coming into the restaurant to look at me ? Also I noticed that when I was talking to my friend he would turn around and look at me. Was he checking me out ? Did he like me ? Okay. I met him 5 months ago. I talk to him twice on every weekday on the bus. When I'm talking to my friends about something, he'll ask for more details about it. You will most likely get charged with theft and put on probation. Same thing happened to me. I stole a candy bar from a gas station and got put on probation. The system will screw you over. Just know that. I went to court a total of 12 times, with less than 10 min. being there each time, just for them to give me probation. I had to pay $75 for each visit also. I also cannot leave the state unless I have a permit verified. They never verify them though. My brother got back from Iraq and they wouldn't let me leave to see him come back. I've been off probation for a little under a month and they told me today I violated it because I got a ticket a week ago. Even though I'm not on probation. So I have to spend the weekend in a detention center next week. I just thought I'd share how the system screwed me over and most likely will to you to.

Is it safe backpacking England?
When I leave High School I would like to go backpacking across England by myself, would this be safe?
I made a verbal domestic violence complaint against my hushband but i want to take it back?
My husband and I were agruing about a friend coming to stay at our house I said no. He came home from work and we argued he broke his book case and told me that he would hit me with a bat if I didn't get away. I called the police the next day and made a report. The problem is I don't want him to loose his job. His work found out he is in law inforcement now he is being investigated thru them. Do you think he will be fired he didn't touch me. I just want him to go to consuling. Can I cancel a police report?

no sorry your mistaken, baseball bat is better due to its lightweight and flexible areas of motion. its lighter, faster and can be struck harder against skin. cricket bats are heavy and not easily concealable. golf clubs are a good idea also for a few strikes as they can provide a higher pressure and the force input from you is the same but the area of contact is lower.

Just had 3rd baby, came home from hospital today and there was a bat. Right now it's winter, and a "predator" guy came over to say that can't do anything about it right now, that bats live in colonies and they are probably hybernating in our walls and stuff, that we'll have to wait until spring. Essential Camping/Hiking Gear?
A lot of things change depending on what season you plan to camp. im assuming you're going soon. wool is the best, it keeps you warm even when wet.don't wear cotton its horrible when wet but i like it in the summer. always bring at least two pair of socks per day you're out, if you change them before bed you will stay warmer and wont stink yourself out. base you're pack on the season you're camping in and weather you're backpacking it or car camping. they can get Pretty expensive. a good cheaper brand is Black Pine, or Nebo. get an internal frame pack i think they are much more comfortable. 5000 cubic inch is a good starting size for a night or two. i love my kelty but a cheaper version is ROCK, ive heard they are made by kelty. a good cheap boot is HI-TEC. ive worn them for years on shorter hikes with the scouts. for the longer trips my favorites are Merrell. for a tent go to you're sporting goods store and find 3 season tent with a full rain fly, you do get what you pay for but a cheap one will last you a year or two. i hope this helps and good luck with you're girl.

How can I prevent my stomach from making wierd noises and possibly gas?
Is it the milk perhaps? My mother is lactose and tolerant but on the other hand my father isn't and as a child I grew up eating a lot of cereal for breakfast and whatnot and never had any problems until about a year and a half ago in 10th grade. For instance, I'll be in class, and when I'm taking a test or when it's very quiet, sometimes my stomach makes weird noises and I'll feel like I have to pass gas lol but it's a lose-lose situation because if I hold it in sometimes it makes a loud, weird noise almost like a hunger growl but a little different and it's embarrassing so either people hear it or I try to cover it up by ruffling up my backpack or clearing my throat lol. I'm not really sure though if it's the milk that may be causing this though, at least not all the time because I've eaten cereal plenty of times in this last year and a half and I've been fine throughout the day. But like I said, some days it happens. For the love of God is there any way to prevent these noises? I'd greatly appreciate feedback. Thank you. By the way, I've heard chewing gum can cause this sometimes and maybe that could be part of the reason too because I chew gum basically throughout the entire school day. What also does make sense is I heard sipping water throughout the day can help cure this and at lunch everyday I drink water so I don't know what's going on.

If you REALLY want to get pregnant the first month you try, what should you do?
Taking ure temp is great but it takes at least a month of tracking to help you get pregnant. If you are taking any kind of birth control it can take 3 months after stoping it before you can get pregnant. If he has low sperm count and/or low movement, sex to often can hurt your chances. If you are under 30 years old you should try for a year plus before most doctors will have you go through fertility tests. It make take time it may not but don't get worried if it doesn't happen the first month. Hope it all works out for you though.

Hi, I know alot of our police our invaluable and they do a great job and without them this country would be a mess. But the stories i read in the paper, the stories i hear and what i have seen really disheartens me and disgusts me that our own police force there to uphold the law are the ones who get away with alot more than people realise. Recently I have seen police abuse there power of authority to satisfy there own ego and abuse there authority due to them being bored and having nothing to do, which in my eyes is better them not doing anything because nothing is happening for them to do so it means crime is reducing. I've seen police stop elderly people in the street to check their shopping bags saying its classed as a random stop and search - does anyone agree our police should be monitored more closely. A good example is a local officer in my area has recently been charged with abuse of 2 children under 10 and having 270 pornographic pictures of kids on his computer and he was an inspector: unfortunately there are quite a few similar cases in recent years that have occurred in my area. If Vera Bradley has a pattern out, I will use Very Berry Paisley for example, will every one of those bags be crafted exactly the same as the photo shown on the website? Do you think it is cruel for me to do this?
I dono why but I feel like a little piece of krap after I do this.. So I live on a small farm and its like 4 diffrent fields each is seperated by some trees from eachother. on the main field my house the barn and the chicken coop. on the other 3 fields its the goats and the sheep. and I sit on this tree sometimes and read a book or do somthing. and I was just hitting some tennis balls with a baseball bat and had the bat next to the tree. and a fox came out of the woods behind the field and the sheep were bahhing and freakin out so I went over with my baseball bat and hit it in the head and it was like twitching on the ground and it was still barley alive so I kept hitting it. Was this a bad move? And I do this multiple times, not always just with a baseball bat usally with my bow and arrow.

I was sitting pretty far from her when I sat down in one of the hallway chairs in my college. She was talking to her friend facing my direction. Ok, My best friend passed away 2 weeks ago in a car accident. I was really close with him and his family and have been visiting almost everyday. Last weekend me and a few friends threw a memorial show in his name and raised some money for the family, and she's refusing to take it. So ive been thinking of ways i can give it back to them, and last night his mom was talking about how angry she was, and that she just wanted to take a bat to her house and beat everything she could. So i think it would be a good idea to do something for her that she can take her anger out, but in a fun way so she can smile. What company makes a canvas and leather trim "knapsack" style backpack?
I've seen a decent-sized backpack worn by several people that's canvas in either navy, olive, or gray colors with leather trim and straps. Anyone know the company that makes this and where to buy them?
I'm thirteen. Half of my upper back is bruised. Could it be my backpack?

Sounds awesome, not many people can answer this question but you. But, that said if he wants to be with someone, you'll probably be first on his list as well as him on yours. But, with guys you can never tell if they're going to go for it, he may act like he likes you and flirt forever. There really is no way to tell. The best thing to do is to always keep it light and free until you're serious, in fact always keep things light and free, no need to get heavy on him and he'll probably start to like you.

Back pain from shoveling?
I'm just a teenager by the way, so yesterday I went to my grandparents house to shovel their driveway. It had not been shoveled at all and we recently had a huge snow storm leaving us up to 9 inches of snow and a lot of heavy ice. I was out for about 45 minutes and went inside to rest up for about 30 minutes. It was extremely cold outside and was also flurrying (probably only about 10 degrees F with winchill making it about 3 F) My back didn't really hurt the first time but I went back out for about an hour. The snow was extrememly heavy and I was getting a ton in the shovel so I literally had to carry the whole shovel to dump the snow. Then I had to go to the front of the driveway with huge chunks of ice and it hurt when I bent down. The snow was so heavy and hard in some places I had to kick the shovel in the ground so it would pick up snow/ice. I could feel it putting pain on my back and I think I pulled a muscle in my tricep area as well. This was all yesterday afternoon and last night my back was getting pain (mostly the lower to mid back area) it hurts when I bend down and move for the most part, I put on a heat thing last night and it didn't help a lot and this morning I woke up with stomach cramps, throbbing headaches that kept leaving and coming back and the back pain too. I decided to stay home (which I am at home now) and I'm deciding to go back to school around lunch time. I took some eibeprofen earlier too. But something I'm scared of is my backpack is 20lbs (literally) I don't use my locker and it's been like that for 2 years. My ribs sort of hurt when I stretch out and I'm afraid my backpack will really hurt even more since I have new back pain. I will start using my locker if needed but can someone tell me whats going on? did this pain happen from shoveling? how long will it last? how can I make it go away? thanks

I always dream that im really late. I wake up late and i get dressed really fast and i barely have time to eat, then when i get out my front door the bus is driving by so i run after it and i look down and im not wearing pants or i forgot socks so i have to run back and put some on and then run back after the bus, just to find that im missing my backpack and so on and so forth... what could it mean?

Okay hear I go..... You just got your period so do not worry if it comes any sooner or any later than 28 days. Your period will be irregular for many years, I am 18 and my period has only just because regular! You don't need to keep a pair of jeans but if you really feel like you might leak then you can. But if you start your period in school it most likely will only go into your underwear, you will probably know if you are going to get it at school and you might start it when you go to the bathroom. The only places to keep pads are pockets or backpacks, maybe you could ask the nurse to keep them for you and if you need to change it you can ask to go see the nurse and do it there! Good luck!! :)

Trunk Stuck on Mercury Mariner?
I drive a 2008 Mercury Mariner and the lift-gate is stuck. It wont latch closed but it wont open either. There is a backpack strap that is caught in the latch but i cant pull it out. I have tried pulling and lifting but nothing works. any suggestions? i need help!

well i can tell you that i absolutely have been in the same boat as you before! haha except it seems like you've got it a lot better than me. When i liked the new guy, i was too scared to really talk to him much at all...but that was back in 8th grade. i'm 18 and smarter and more confident now haha but anyway...to answer your questions- first of all, it looks like you've pretty much got it down. you know how to flirt just enough to keep him interested, and you've got him walking with you and laughing with you. You're being a good friend already! I wouldnt worry too much about making sure you will be good for the longterm, because at this rate, you two are progressively going to get closer every day. dont change what you're doing, just keep being friendly and flirty. It's still too early in the game to push anything much further than that. The best thing to do is just play it cool and don't stress over it. See how things unfold. If you try to work to get more, it's a lot easier for things to backfire on you. It definitely seems like he might be interested. From what you said, it looks like he's testing the waters just like you are. But like I said, relax and let it all play out by itself. Because I remember I've learned the hard way multiple times...I've wanted to be with certain guys so badly that I put way too much thought into it and tried too hard. So don't do anything! How can I get my puppy to stop claiming things over my much older dog?
I have a five month old heeler and a much older mixed breed dog. My older dog is VERY calm and submissive, I've had him for most of my life and trained him from a puppy. Lately, I have noticed very undesired behavior from my new puppy such as claiming things (including me) over my adult dog. On several occasions this has led to a scuffle and I immediately isolated the puppy. My main concern is that she could hurt my older dog accidentally or worse, intentionally and I want to prevent that now while she is young and it doesn't become a serious problem later. I know that I need to establish my role in the house as the "alpha" and I feel that I have, but she seems to do this at least once a day particularly when I'm at my desk or sitting somewhere and my older dog approaches me, her food bowl or bag and toys. Some of my friends have suggested moving the food bag or toys so she doesn't have access to them but I feel like that is giving in to her in a way because my role as the alpha is to provide her with these things at MY discretion. Am I doing the right thing by isolating her for a little while? Is there a more effective method I could use to establish that she is not the alpha and claiming is not behavior I will tolerate?

So when I graduate highschool I want to backpack/ hike across the country and see all the amazing **** in the world. Pretty much just go, not have a set plan or anything. This is because I've spent the last 4 years in school watching the clock and waiting for the end of the day and I don't think that's how life should be lived ... Income? Im thinking working odd jobs for a few months and saving it up and moving on, when the money runs low do it again. I wouldnt need much, just for food and equipment repairs. I lost my iPod touch... is there any way I could track it?
So I brought it too school and I realized it wasn't in my backpack at recess. I've talked to the office and my teachers and they have no idea. I installed the Find My iPhone app but i never opened it. I still have the box it came in and it requires a passcode. I wasn't supposed to bring it to school so I didn't tell my parents yet. I suspect a few people but I have no proof or anything and I really, really need it. Is there any way I can track it? And don't bother if you're going to rant on about irresponsible children or honesty or that I'm screwed and I'll never see my freaking iPod again. The person who took my iPod didn't take my headphones...? Oh, and my passcode is the long type and is made up of nonconsecutive digits. Sorry if this is long but I really need to figure out what the hell I am supposed to do now.

How to Condemn a house you are renting?
Let me start off with Wow...I am renting a home in Alabama from a couple who are in their late 70s maybe early 80s.I wasnt going to rent this house but I did and I am now here the couple couldnt clean it out from the previous tenants due to their health. They said what ever work I did they would either pay me for it or take it off rent. Now mind you never was i told that bats were in the attic and this house was built about 60 years ago nor did I know that the bat poop wasnt cleaned up and mold in the bathroom and what I think it bat poop comeing through the ceiling from the attic way. The house was infested with roaches but i got them taken care of and as of now we dont have them, But ever since I moved here I have been sick and I have a dog who is also sick caughing and all there is cracks all in the walls and the stove and refrig tilts its not level.The water I just replaced cause the old one was leaking and the floor is sunken it badly and where the toilet sits it feels like it going to fall through the floor. I havent had heat this whole winter and I sent a certified letter to the landlord and now he tells me he wont fix the heat and I can move...I dont want someone else to go through this what if the next person has kids? can some one please Help?

Stay on Disney Property or private rental?
For those of you that have done both, which did you prefer? Staying on Disney property or a private rental. If we stay on Disney property our group would stay in a value resort and get the dining plan. I have been to Disney a couple of times and we stayed in a private condo. How to get rid of broken batteries?
I had this battery powered clicker for school that's been at the bottom of my backpack for a while now. I finally decided to get rid of it to find that the batteries inside had leaked battery acid inside their little chamber. How am I supposed to get rid of this thing? I know how to recycle batteries but not what to do with these ones or with the clicker that they leaked acid all over. I tried looking it up online but didn't find anything useful. Advice on backpacking for under 18s?
In France and Italy there should generally be no problem if you are traveling with a person who is over 18 because the people at hostels are generally more laid back. In switzerland you may need to have the contact information of your parents and perhaps a written note from them, but from my experience I can say that youth hostels don't really care too much about specific regulations and there should be no problem.
What to do with poor pestering people?
I am an American, my family lives in El Salvador. I recently went down to visit and traveled Central America. I met a lovely young lady in Masaya Nicaragua. I like her family, they are loud fun to be around. They like to drink dance and tell jokes. The whole time with my nice backpack and white skin I stood out like a sore thumb. I was only pestered in Nicaragua because where I was the whitest person so it was clear I wasnt local. I was pestered at all hours of the day for money and food and scamed by doctors who lied and said a minor fever was malaria. I lived with my girlfriends family for a month and during that time I had hundreds of requests from her 19 and 13 year old brothers to bring back laptops, gamecubes, ps3 you name it. Her too brothers were constantly asking me for gifts. This made me feel bad because I want to be around people that like me not people that want to use me. My girlfriend never asks me for expensive stuff neither does her mom. I am coming back to visit in a few weeks with A LOT of gifts none of which are very expensive. Bluetooths, perfume, watches, tools so the 13 year old can work on cars (the type of stuff that is imported and costs alot). I really like the family but I don’t like the feeling of constantly being asked. The 13 year old and I are good pals we hung out a lot, he cried when I left. I refuse to bring what the brothers requested because I am not Santa Claus. A gift is from the heart. Also I am not a materialistic person, I wish these poor people understood that its not what you have but who you have.

My neighbors dog badly injured my cat?
It's been snowing pretty hard where i live and our outdoor cat was gone for about 4 days and he usually does fine in snowy weather. My family was really worried and thought he was gone but he came back and was in horrible shape. He couldn't open his eyes and his face was all swollen really badly. It looked like somebody kicked him really hard in the face. We brought him to the vet and she said that he was bitten by a dog and if his skull is fractured he'll die. The X rays showed that his skull wasn't fractured thank god but hes gonna be blind in one eye and the surgery he went through made his whole face bloody and raw. He didn't look good when he came back. My little sister started crying when she saw him. I've seen this dog tons of times before and the thing attacks almost everything that it sees. It even bit the Owner's son on the hand and the thing was going to get put down but the guy said he didn't want it put down probably because it wasn't even his son and since his wife is a tool she just listens to whatever he says like a puppet. Anyway, is there any legal action that could be taken from this? I should know before i start beating the **** out of that dog with a baseball bat until it stops moving.

Baseball Bat Girl/Baseball Team mixer ideas?

Do girls ever act aloof to a guy they like? I know it sounds dumb but hear me out?
I know it sounds like a no right off the bat, but there is a girl I like in my 6th period. She is quiet except around her friends, but everyone says she is really nice. I sometimes notice her looking at me, but I'm not sure if she likes me or not. When she looks at me it's not disdain, her face is just blank. But at the same time, I can sorta tell it's not a passing glance. My first girlfriend says our relationship has run its course? I still love her so how do we get back together?
I am 26 and my partner of 2 years is 20. We met at my old job when she was seeing someone. We hit it off but she didnt push anything because she had a boyfriend, but her boyfriend only saw her as a friend with benifits. Eventually she discovered she had feelings for me and within a month we were in a relationship. Her ex caused problems at first and warned me she'd do this to me, but I was different. She has never been in a relationship as long as us, and were not your average couple. After being together 4 months we went backpacking Europe for nearly a year. Throughout that time we'd never argue, great sex, and very much in love. After Europe she wanted to move out of our parents and get our own place. It took us a year to find new jobs and get an apartment, but everyday she said she loved me and talked about marriage and kids. We now work in the same place and everything was going great. It was after 3 weeks of living together i noticed a change in her. She always used to cuddle into me as we slept, but then found I was the one always doing it and she'd push me away a lot. Next she started having a more active social life, where in the past she was quite happy to snuggle up together and stay in. At work I heard she had lied about me to her friends saying I didn't want her going out and I was controlling. I confronted her on this and she told me all her friends were lying? Lastly the final 2 weeks she started hanging out with a coworker an awful lot. He is fat and ugly and I didn't feel threatend by him, but I noticed they would go the gym together, text between 15 - 20 times a day & he'd take her to work socials. I went to many socials and got the vibe that he wanted my girlfriend. I warned her he was advancing on her but she promised nothing was going on. The final nite we were together she promised me we would have a romantic evening together just me and her when I finished work. I called her 15 mins before the end of my shift to say I might be a bit late, and she asked if it was ok if she went out! I said please dont go out as tonite was about us, but she insisted and told me she was getting picked up and when I get home she would be gone. I told her that we really need to talk as I think our relationship is in trouble, but she said dont be daft and would be home early. She walks in at 4am drunk and I just burst into tears. She shows no emotion as I say our we over and she says the relationship has run its course! Not once since the breakup has she cried while I've been a total reck. I made her move out of the apartment that I got for her and she went to stay with a friend. We had a good talk soon after and I was lead to believe there was still hope if I gave her space to think. The next morning I went to her friends to drop some of her belongings on the doorstep and was mortified to see my girlfriends car parked in fornt of the ugly coworkers. She doesn't know I saw this, and her friends keep saying probably nothing happened, but I just don't know what to believe anymore. I've done everything this girl has wanted and she says there could still be a future, but I just don't know now. I love her so much but i'm at a complete loss as to what to do???

I have never played Baseball as a sport but I have played it with Friends and I love batting. In Track I throw Discus and I got 3rd in Jr high Finals 7th Grade and second at Finals in 8th Grade. So I really like Track and Field but I have a feeling I might do better in Baseball if I slim up a little. (I did Basketball and Football last year) I have a Really good Football build right now but I can slim up and have a large and fit build If I want. After reading the news article about how Malaysia is cracking down on premarital sex, it got me thinking about the this question. I'm assuming finding condoms in your brothers backpack isn't so bad--but if it's your sisters, you'd likely lose sleep. While you can't really scold your siblings the way your parents would, I'm sure if you suspect your sibling is having premarital sex, it would make you feel rather awkward. I have a sister and growing up, I tried sniffing around (not literally) to check if any sexing was going on. I'm not even sure how I would feel about it if I got any kind of confirmation. So do you suspect that your sibling is getting down? What are the clues and does it bother you?
Which is better for my cats?
You can buy freeze dried pet treats that are pure meat and will last a really long time. You can either serve them dry or soak them in room temperature water before feeding. Some examples of brands that offer this kind of treat are Halo and Whole Life. I suppose there's nothing wrong with giving them a taste of ham every now and then but I always keep one bag of freeze dried salmon around and it's great because you don't have to worry about it going bad...at least not anytime soon.

Cloth diapers patterns or other patterns?
Im kind of wondering if I should wait till my baby is born to take measurements, but feel like this is the time thats free that I can sew without the stressfull baby crying and stuff. I have LOTS of fabric and clothes that dont fit me that I can use for fabric, and am wondering if there is somewhere, preferably cheap to get ahold of patterns for things that have to do with babys like those backpack or sling things they fit into or cloth diapers, diaper covers(still dont know if Im using disposables), booties, dresses or clothing, hats, anything I can prepare myself with that a baby might need or even want like soft toys, or pillows(?). the only problem is I dont know what size my baby will be or if its a boy or a girl. Ive looked at all the crafts stores that sell sewing patterns and am not finding anything except for like $18 which is like way more expensive than buying the clothes at thrift stores that's for sure. Ate a lot of pecans on an empty stomach and have been nauseous for two hours. Why?
I ate a bagful of candied pecans and I had felt perfectly fine throughout the rest of the day, not tired or nauseous or turned off to food. I was pretty hungry, and I ate the entire bag without a second thought. Then about five minutes afterward I became extremely nauseous, as though I was severely carsick. Cheating lying pregnant girlfriend, am I making the right choice?
So starting me and the girl got into the relationship at a young age. I was 17 and she was 15. I was a senior she was a sophomore, first girl I have ever dated that was younger then me. First off the bat things were shady but i thought it was just haters. Little stuff like she took a sweat outfit from me which was fine, and wore it to school the next day. I didn't ask her to, she just did it. Then a lesbian girl who liked her at our school gave her **** about it and my new girlfriend claimed i made her wear it. When word got back I figured it was just haters the girl that wasmaking the claim was always the center of drama. Then the rumors got worse to a threesome she had with another girl and a guy, once again i figured haters. the girl making the accusation tried getting with me a few days before and i turned her down of course. She then dropped out of high school a couple years later because she failed every class and went to an alternative school, i started college at that point at a local community college (In colorado you have to be 24 or older to sign your own student loan paper work, and i wasn't getting help withmy parents so it was all i could afford until i set a solid GPA which i did do). People kept telling me somethings wrong with her she is always around another guy all the time at her alternative school, I figured an alternative school a bunch of punks haters that got exspelled for start drama, some werent bad but a lot of them were punks. People then told me she was cheating again and it was always the same people, so haters. Come to find out the guys she was hanging out with at school was true, she did go to his house, she did cheat on me a couple times that i found out about, i couldntput soe of the older stuff together. When i found out she cheated she simply replied you shouldn't have been snooping. This girl got pregnant and claimed it was mine a couple months after the break up. After she caught a cold which developed into pneumoniania i was there at the hospital every night with her through every surgery, work at my bank in the day as a teller, and staying with her in the night and morning. After she got out of the hospital she claimed she was at work again at Carl's JR. Funny thing is my mom would go there to eat and see how she was doing, but my girlfriend wasn't there a lot of the time when she told me she was. She spread rumors i was out drinking and partying. (When i found out she was pregnant i got an ulcer, and shortly after had an anxiety attack which almost put me into cardiac arrest. I had to take pills to keep myblood preasure good and keep from stressing so much. I stopped taking the pills had a second attack, took the pills again and then startedworking out regularly again like i did in high school only being 19 at this point). I can't drink, i cant keep a single shot of anything down and she knows that, i can eat a lot opf things now but still some small restriction. People showed up to my moms work and asked her about it, at her work. I can't go to my local grocery store without people asking all kinds of questions of things they heard from her. Her lying is horrible. One day she said she was at work and went straight home. Well my mom said she saw her in Wal Mart with her friend. Not a big deal. I asked her did you go any where else and she promised "No". I told her my mom saw her there. She then said "oh i forgot". I asked her "did you go with anyone?" she claimed no again, I asked her can you promise me. She still claimed she went alone and got mad that i questioned her. I told her my mom saw her with her friend so i already know,. Every time she cheated i showed her the proof and she still denies it even to this day pictures, notes she left at my house that "fell" she claims out of her back pack and email. Her messages that she typed. Is it right for me to ask for paternityaty test, and not give her any more money. Just a week ago she was threatening to not give the child my last name and give me no parental rights, I figured my best chance of taking care of this kid, now that i am over the ulcer and not sufferinging of the anxieaty anymore is that i should do the Air Force to get my college done since i am to young to sign my own student loan paper work in this state,and i can't afford it any more with the child if the test shows he is mine. Now she wants the kid to have my name and wants me to sign the birth certificate. After years of my family telling me to stay away from this girl i finally had the last straw when she publicly announced on facebook what a bad father i am after i already talked to her about how embarrassinging it is to me and my family and how she spreads rumors. I now do see clearer and want a paternityaty test before giving her any more cash or locking my self in .I have read a lot about people that have lying issues and i believe she may be one as well and need to get awa

Backpacking through Eastern Asia?
I would like to backpack through asia for about a year, more specifically through China and up through Japan. Ive been looking around for awhile and have found so many books on backpacking through southeast asia but thats not where i want to go. Does anyone know a good book on backpacking through northeast asia or even just backpacking through China to atleast start with?

How do people afford to travel the world?
I can understand people going on lime one or two week vacations every so often bit there are some people that will go travel for months at a time and some who do years. I don't get how people do this at all. Like I would love to do this it's my dream to travel the world but how can you take that much time off and afford even if your backpacking. I now own a pregnant female tiger guppy as of just under an hour ago. She's still in her bag because I have a tad bit of a problem. Should I put her in with my comet [filtered tank] or wait until the water gets to room temp and put her in the 1.5 gallon with NO CURRENT FILTER? I'll be able to buy a filter for the 1.5 gallon tomorrow but for today I am out of luck [it's too late and my 'rents don't want to go to the pet store for a second time in one day]. Also, can she wait until tomorrow for food? I only have goldfish food right now. And do they absolutely NEED a heater? I have one, but it won't really fit all that well in the 1.5 gallon. And also, in what ways do I treat a prego female guppy differently then a regular guppy? Please no haters right now, I'm in a crisis! I really do care for animals! I just have some questions! they usually have you put your stuff in these i think before you ride, a backpack since its bigger would be less likely to be stolen. but a purse you can just sit on when you go on rides so you dont have to worry about someone stealing it, and it wont fall of the ride either. you should bring a purse so you can sit on it, dont forgot it when you leave though

Nothingness. No worries, no cares, no thoughts. That sounds very appealing. I used to value life when I was younger. Over time it just all seems a bit pointless. Why are hats not allowed in school?
Seriously? I can't think of one good reason. Please don't say "Because you can hide weapons/drugs in your hat". You can hide drugs/weapons/whatever in your backpack, on your clothes. Putting any of those things in your hat would be ridiculous when there are a lot better hiding places. lol. The second best excuse I've heard is that it's all about gangs and their colours and stuff. Well I can see their point, if they were talking about a big city.... But I go to school in a rural area. So it's not like any gangs even exist where I live. I really think that the only reason hats aren't allowed at school is out of custom. That's how it's always been done, why change it? I believe that it's only a matter of time before they allow hats in school. It's individuality! D:< lol.

yes it is, they use the permit system to keep track of folks and over use of an area. They also will close area's due to griz, bear and habitat problems. They also prefer folks to stay on established trail systems so if you just give the rangers an itinerary you should be able to go pretty much where you want to.

each weight has its pros and cons... and if smaller guys arent as strong, a lighter bats seems ideal for them.

Hi, I'm from Ireland and my girlfriend and I are planning to do a backpacking trip through Central America. We will be flying from Ireland to Miami, spending a few days in Miami before we get a flight over to Cancun from Cancun we will be traveling down the coast to Belize then Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica then we will be making are way back up through Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatemala through Mexico again to get our return flight from Cancun back to Miami and then from Miami back to Ireland. Now our trip is going to be 8 weeks and I was wondering if this route is very dangerous? And what is the state of Mexico like in the south?
